Our work is based on representing others in all general, criminal, commercial, labor, and administrative courts and all legal, judicial, and quasi-judicial committees of all levels inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in all types of claims and defending others, preparing lawsuit regulations and defense memoranda, responding to memoranda and taking the necessary measures for the success of the lawsuit and obtaining the final and conclusive judicial ruling, while providing a comprehensive legal study to the client orally or in writing, specifying the client’s legal position and the success rate if he wishes to file a lawsuit, evaluating the strengths and weaknesses and the percentage of winning the lawsuit, while addressing all lawsuits filed against the client and protecting his rights and interests, and implementing judicial rulings and arbitrators’ rulings, including local and foreign rulings.
